Sound massage method Peter Hess Academy
Music and sound is an important source of joy, spontaneity and wholeness for me. As a child I often sang and danced and felt free. After my studies, I immersed myself in singing world music, mantras and several forms of voice work. I also learned about the use of supporting instruments, such as the tin flute, the Indian drum and the harmonium. I found additional sounds in various types of bells and singing bowls. Little by little I developed my knowledge of the power of sound and now use it mainly intuitively.
A thorough training in 2017 at the Peter Hess Institute as a sound masseur turned out to be a beautiful addition. The Peter Hess sound massage originates from years of knowledge of the positive effect of singing bowls on the body, soul and spirit. This can be relaxing and can be used as such. The method can also be beneficial for various physical and mental blockages. In the sessions I give, there will be no goal to achieve. You will just be able to experience for yourself, what it does for you.

Explanation of sound massage
A sound massage according to the method of the Peter Hess academy takes place according to a certain order. After a short intake interview, in which your wishes and the possibilities of a sound masseur are discussed, a basic session is given.
The client lies on the floor or on a massage table. He/she is dressed and can, whether desired or not, put a thin blanket over him/her. The singing bowls are placed successively in different places on or next to the body. The scales are placed on clothing, not bare skin. These scales are then struck several times.
A short debriefing is possible, but this is not necessary. The resonance and silence also bring answers to your questions.
